Originally brewed for our annual Poesiat & Kater Stout Fest this beer is the perfect combination of the crazy and the contained. Based on a solid Stout backbone we added caramelized miso to add a nice umami flavor to the beer. Just like the epic Namazu, the giant Catfish from Japanese Mythology that creates earthquakes when it threshes about, this beer will rock your world!
Oorspronkelijk gebrouwen voor ons jaarlijkse Poesiat & Kater Stout Fest, is dit bier zowel waanzinnig als beheerst. We voegden gekarameliseerde miso toe aan de stevige moutbasis om het bier een mooie umami-smaak te geven, met een zilte ondertoon. Net als de epische Namazu, de gigantische meerval uit de Japanse mythologie die aardbevingen veroorzaakt, zal dit bier je wereld op zijn kop zetten!
