For the 11th verse of our Poetry of Hangover series we got inspired by Aqua de Jamaica, the classic Mexican Hibiscus Iced Tea. The result is a mesmerising Imperial Red IPA with a strong malt base backed by Melanoidin malt and a citrus and pine aroma explosion from centennial and simcoe hops.
